The Launceston Preparatory School acknowledges that the land we learn and play on always was and always will be Milaythina Pakana, Aboriginal country. We acknowledge the Tyerrenotepanner, Letterermairrenner and Panninher peoples as the original custodians of the land our school stands on. We pay respect to Elders past and present and to the children who are leaders of tomorrow, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hope of the Aboriginal people in Tasmania.
